George Washington Camping, LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk

By entering the premises of George Washington Campground, LLC, you (the "Guest") acknowledge that camping is an outdoor activity in a natural environment that carries inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to:

Variations in terrain, fallen trees, hay bales, or slippery conditions.
Interactions with wildlife, insects, or poisonous plants.
Unpredictable weather conditions.
The use of propane fires and communal amenities.

The Guest assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with their stay and use of the facilities.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, George Washington Campground, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for:

Personal Injury: Any injury, illness, or death occurring on the property.
Property Damage: Damage to vehicles, RVs, tents, or personal belongings caused by falling branches, weather, theft, fire, or other guests.
Loss of Property: Loss of personal items due to theft or misplacement.

Note: By completing a reservation, the Guest agrees to release and hold harmless George Washington Campground, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of their stay.

3. Guest Responsibilities

The Guest is solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their party (including minors and pets).

Supervision: Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Equipment: Guests are responsible for ensuring their camping gear and vehicles are in safe, working order.
Fire Safety: Fires are permitted only by use of an above ground propane operated BBQ. All other fires and fire pits are not permitted.

4. Indemnification

The Guest agrees to indemnify and defend George Washington Campground, LLC against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the Guest's actions, negligence, or violation of campground rules that cause harm to third parties or property.

5. Facilities and Amenities

All facilities (including portable restrooms, garbage cans and trails) are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Use of these facilities is at the Guest's sole risk. George Washington Campground, LLC makes no warranties regarding the condition or safety of these areas beyond basic maintenance.

6. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to evict any guest who violates campground rules or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of themselves or others. In the event of such an eviction, no refunds will be issued.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Grant County, Ephrata.

8. Quiet Time/Alcohol Use/Pets

Quiet time is from 2am-8am. Alcohol is allowed only within the camping area and only if you are of legal age (21). No pets are allowed unless it is a licensed service animal.

By checking the "I Agree" box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Release of Liability.
